Brush Pack Demo Study

In this 30 minute non commentated demo study of Joseph Zbukvic, you will see how I utilize my brush pack and techniques that I use for all of my paintings (full process non sped up).

Some things to keep in mind while painting:

-Switch up brushes every so often. I typically change brushes every 10-15 seconds or so.

-I do my best to keep my canvas slightly far away from my view so I see the bigger composition picture, rather than focusing on the tiny details. (The purpose of painting these kinds of pieces is focusing on the mood and brush indication).

-Lasso tool is your best friend when it comes to carving out shapes overall, and especially the light shapes.
