Blu November - The Poor Boys

The Poor Boys were described to be a small outcasted mob gang from the main town led by a man named Marcos. They've been labeled notorious for their robbings, thievery, and murders over the years, that the city placed heavy restrictions on them for their entrance in, but many times they've managed to still get into the city and escape after committing their crimes.
It is believed these were the same people who framed the murder of Amelia.
